Kuanlang supply a full range of thermal ribbons compatible with the SATO Printers. Our SATO compatible printer ribbons come in a wide range of colours and also come in Wax, Wax/Resin and full Resin variants.

Wax Resin ribbon is a general-purpose ribbon solution, which contain some Resin, thereby enabling them to be resistant to some solvents. These carbon ribbons are widely used when printing smooth materials e.g. plastic and insert labels but also work well when printing on paper. They are durable and scratch resistant.

How to choose your ribbon
1.Choose Ribbon
To protect the print head and maximize its longevity, the ribbon should be 2mm wider than the media on both sides

2.Method of Installation
When loading, to meet the demands of printing, you must choose the ribbon with paint face rolled inward or outward.

3.Storage and transportation
Please avoid direct sunlight and keep it cool. The storage temperature is -5-49℃and the storage humidity is 25%-80% Humidity Rate. The ribbon should be kept in plastic packing to avoid damage during shipment.

4.Type of ribbon
Please choose the type of ribbon according to the media to be printed on.
