1. The machine does not measure the paper correctly, please test the paper by pressing the pause key and turning on the machine;
2. The actual size of the label paper is not correctly set in the software, please confirm whether the label width, height and spacing in the software are the same as the size you actually use;
3. The sensor type is not selected correctly, please confirm whether your label paper is pitch, black mark, or continuous paper, and then select the corresponding sensor
